As part of a PwC-led program, Enterprise Solutions Lab served as the Record-to-Report process and implementation lead for Shiseido Americas — designing the global RTR blueprint on SAP S/4HANA and wiring in the automation that runs it: OpenText VIM, HighRadius, and SWIFT-compatible banking.
Project Overview
The luxury cosmetics group consolidated its Americas finance operations on S/4HANA. ESL led requirements, FIT-GAP, configuration, data conversion, testing, and hypercare across GL, AP, AR, assets, and controlling — with parallel ledgers and material ledger for statutory reporting.
