Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the professional services provided by Enterprise Solutions Lab. Because we provide customised services rather than physical products, refunds are handled fairly based on the work completed.
1. Consultations
Initial consultations are free unless stated otherwise. Any paid consultation may be rescheduled with reasonable notice; fees for a completed consultation are non-refundable.
2. Project engagements
Service engagements are typically scoped and billed by milestone or on a retainer, as set out in your proposal or agreement. Work that has already been performed and costs already incurred are billable and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by you
You may cancel an engagement in writing at any time. On cancellation, you agree to pay for all services performed and third-party costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any advance payment is applied against that amount, and the balance (if any) is refunded.
4. Cancellation by us
We may end an engagement if it cannot reasonably continue — for example if required information, access, or payment is not provided. In that case you are charged only for work completed up to that point.
5. Refund eligibility
If we do not deliver a service as agreed and cannot put it right within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund for the affected portion of the work. Refunds are assessed against the deliverables and milestones defined in your engagement.
6. Non-refundable costs
Third-party costs are non-refundable once spent or purchased on your behalf. These include, for example, advertising spend, domain registrations, hosting, plugins, themes, and software licenses.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email contact@enterprisesolutionslab.com with your engagement details. We aim to review requests promptly and, where a refund is due, to process it within N days to your original payment method.
