1. About us

Enterprise Solutions Lab (“ESL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides web development, digital marketing, staffing & recruitment, e-commerce, and financial services to startups, businesses, and individuals. We operate from registered legal entity name with offices in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India and Raleigh, North Carolina, USA.

2. Services & engagements

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement (an “Engagement”). Where those terms conflict with this page, the Engagement governs.

We provide professional services with reasonable skill and care. Outcomes described on this website are illustrative and are not guarantees of specific results.

3. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• provide accurate, complete, and timely information, access, and materials we reasonably request;
• review deliverables and provide feedback within the timelines we agree;
• hold any accounts, licenses, or subscriptions required for third-party platforms used in your project; and
• ensure that content you provide does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are as stated in your Engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within N days of the invoice date. Third-party costs — such as advertising spend, domains, hosting, plugins, and software licenses — are billed at cost or paid by you directly and are separate from our service fees.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment for an Engagement, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, except for any pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, or third-party components, which remain owned by us or their respective owners and are licensed to you for use within your deliverables.

We may reference completed work and non-confidential outcomes in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services often build on third-party platforms and tools (for example WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Zoho, and Google services). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or policies.

8. Warranties & disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in an Engagement, our services and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising from an Engagement will not exceed the fees you paid us for that Engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may end an Engagement in writing as set out in that Engagement or, if not specified, on reasonable written notice. On termination, you agree to pay for all services performed and costs incurred up to the termination date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of governing jurisdiction — e.g. Andhra Pradesh, India / North Carolina, USA, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any different terms in your Engagement.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date above.
