Working with Deloitte, Enterprise Solutions Lab served as solution architect for Hajoca — the largest privately held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies in the US — carrying its SAP S/4HANA finance transformation from Phase 0 through pre-go-live.
Project Overview
A national wholesale distributor modernized its finance platform on SAP S/4HANA. ESL led the functional teams through requirements, design, build, and testing across GL, AP, AR, and Treasury, integrated Avalara for multi-state tax, and drove cutover readiness into deployment.
Phase 0 to Go-Live
Oversaw project activities from Phase 0 through pre-go-live across GL, AP, AR, and Treasury.
Multi-State Tax
Integrated Avalara as the indirect tax engine for real-time determination on sales orders and invoices across states.
