Google's high-volume hardware business needed finance architecture that could keep pace with global logistics — contract manufacturing, serialized products, forward and reverse flows, and multi-year data-center builds. ESL led the product costing and inventory accounting workstreams end to end, from blueprint through post-go-live margin analysis.
